On August 1, 2024, while at the Jason Aldean Concert at Six Flags Darien Lake, the following individuals were arrested:
Jonathon M. Morris, 19, of Rochester, NY, was charged with trespass after allegedly re-entering the concert venue after he was previously ejected.
Avery J. Dieterle, 19, of Akron, NY, is charged with trespass after allegedly re-entering the concert venue after she was previously ejected.
William A. McCray, 57, homeless, was charged with harassment 2nd degree after allegedly striking another person while inside the concert venue.
All the above listed individuals were issued appearance tickets and will appear in Darien Town Court on August 13, 2024 at 4:00p.m.
