Tricia M. Blatt, 37, of Byron, NY, is charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, after deputies were dispatched to a criminal mischief complaint of a broken window on E. Main Street in Byron, NY on August 3, 2024 at 1:40a.m.
Deputies arrived on scene and located Blatt, who was allegedly too impaired to care of herself or her child. It also appeared that no criminal mischief had occurred.
Blatt was arraigned in Genesee County CAP Court on August 3rd, 2024 at 7:00p.m.

Christina M. Flagg, 43, of Hilton, Ny, is charged with Resisting Arrest and Disorderly Conduct, after allegedly causing a disturbance and refusing to leave when directed to do so by Darien Lake Security at the Main Gate at Darien Lake Theme Park at 9993 Alleghany Road in Darien, NY on July 27, 2024 at 6:13p.m.
Flagg then actively resisted deputies as they attempted to take her into custody.
Flagg was released on an appearance tickets and will appear in Darien Town Court on August 15, 2024 at 1:00p.m.

Justin T. Gladney Sr., 35, of Batavia, NY, is charged with Promoting Prison Contraband 1st degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree, after allegedly bringing crack cocaine into the Genesee County Jail at 14 West Main Street on August 1, 2024 at 9:00a.m.
Gladney was held for arraignment in Batavia City Court at 2:00p.m.

Matthew A. Howe, 34, of Hornell, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, Moving from a Lane Unsafely and No/Inadequate plate lamps, after a traffic stop on Broadway Road in Bethany, NY on August 1, 2024 at10:45p.m.
Howe was issued uniform traffic tickets for all charges and was released. He will appear in Bethany Town Court on August 28, 2024 at 6:00p.m.

Leeanne Krull, 55, of Batavia, NY, is charged with Criminal Contempt 2nd degree, after allegedly violating an order of protection at a motel on West Main Street in Batavia on July 31, 2024. The order of protection was served just a few hours earlier by Judge Rogers in Genesee County CAP Court.
Krull was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and appeared in Genesee County CAP Court at 9:00p.m.

Aaron J. Anwar, 18, of Fredericksburg, VA, is charged with Petit Larceny after allegedly stealing merchandise from 4180 Veteran’s Memorial drive, Dick’s Sporting Goods in the Town of Batavia on July 31, 2024 at 3:03p.m.
Anwar was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on August 13, 2024 at 1:00p.m.
