On August 1, 2024, Justin Tilton, 37, of Pavilion, NY, was arrested and charged with Rape 1st degree/forcible compulsion, a class B felony, after a sex offense investigation in the town of Covington. State Police say the incident was reported on May 20, 2024 at 9:35p.m.

Brandi-Lyn Heidenreich, 34, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st degree/permanent revocation, a class E felony, on July 29, 2024 at 11:44p.m. in the City of Batavia.
Heidenreich was released to a third party.

Cecil J. Clay, 40, of Buffalo, NY, was arrested and charged with Introducing Contraband into a Prison 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor, after an incident in the Town of Attica on July 27, 2024 at 12:18p.m.
Clay was issued an appearance ticket.
