The Batavia Police Department hosted its annual Community Night Monday evening at the David M. McCarthy Memorial Ice Arena.
Community Night is an annual community-building campaign that promotes strong police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make safer neighborhoods.
Various organizations and groups participated in the annual event which included free food.
There were displays and interactive activities.
Batavia Downs Gaming, Upstate Niagara/O-AT-KA Milk Products and WNY Heroes were the Diamond Sponsors.
All proceeds raised support the department’s K-9 program.
