Tahja D. Allen, 22, of Buffalo, NY, is charged with aggravated DWI: PER SE/BAC of .18% or more/no priors and DWI, after a reported vehicle into a ditch at the Darien Lake Campground on Alleghany Road in Darien on August 7, 2024 at 12:45a.m.
Allen was issued uniform traffic tickets and released. Allen will appear in Darien Town Court on August 27, 2024.

Cheryl A. Maines, 55, of Brockport, NY, is charged with DWI, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08% or more, improper right turn at intersection, and unsafe turn/failure to signal, after a traffic stop for traffic violations on Park Road in the Town of Batavia on August 10, 2024 at 12:40a.m.
Deputies say Maines was allegedly intoxicated by alcohol. She was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released with uniform traffic tickets.
Maines will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on August 29, 2024 at 1:00p.m. to answer the charges.

James E. Brown, 43, of Oakfield, NY, is charged with sex offender failure to provide photograph following an investigation.
Investigators say that Brown failed to update his photograph for the NYS Sex offender Registry while being classified as a Risk Level 2 Sex offender.
Brown was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Oakfield Town Court on September 2, 2024 at 5:00p.m.

Tonya R. Hadsell, 31, of Friendship, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree following an investigation at Dollar General at 7067 Rt. 63 in Pavilion, NY.
Hadsell was allegedly in possession of a of fentanyl.
She was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Pavilion Town Court on September 10, 2024 at 1:30p.m.

Brandon R. Brade, 33, of Pembroke, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree/disobeying a court mandate, after an alleged violation of an order of protection that occurred in Pembroke on August 8, 2024 at 12:19a.m.
Brade was held at the Genesee County Jail for CAP Court.
