Jordan E. Prescott, 30, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal mischief 4th degree and harassment 2nd degree, after a physical domestic incident in Elba on August 24, 2024 at 11:48a.m.
Prescott allegedly punched and kicked the victim multiple times and broke property.
Prescott was arraigned in CAP Court on August 25, 2024 at 9:00a.m.

Ashley J. Gallagher, 35, no permanent residence, of Rochester, NY, was arrested following a traffic stop at the 490 Truck Stop on Rt. 19 in Le Roy on Saturday August 24, 2024.
Gallagher was allegedly in possession of drug paraphernalia and a quantity of crack cocaine and a concealed controlled substance on her person on S. Lake Street Road in Le Roy.
Gallagher is to appear in the Town of Le Roy Court on September 10, 2024 at 1:00p.m.

Brandon M. Crawford, 22, of Batavia, NY, is charged with DWI, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08% or more and speeding, after a traffic stop on East Main Streat near Ross Street in the City of Batavia on August 10, 2024 at 1:41a.m.
Crawford was issued an appearance ticket and released. He will appear in City of Batavia Court on August 21, at 9:00a.m.

Joseph M. Flanagan, 39, of Hilton, NY, is charged with DWI, failed to yield the right of way/left turn and failed to yield the right of way when entering the roadway, following a traffic stop on Park Road on August 17, 2024 at 2:22a.m.
Flanagan allegedly failed to yield to a Sheriff’s patrol car while making a left turn out of Batavia Downs. Deputies say Flanagan was also allegedly intoxicated by alcohol.
Flanagan was released on traffic tickets and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on September 5, 2024 at 1:00p.m.

Jonathan M. Toledo, 32, of Hamburg, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd degree/physical contact, following a domestic incident at 9993 Alleghany Road in Darien on August 20, 2024 at 10:07p.m.
Toledo was held for arraignment in Genesee County CAP Court on August 21, 2024 at 9:00a.m.

Josue Aldrin Solorzano, 23, and Karen Yaneta Molino, 23, both of Batavia, NY, are each charged with petit larceny after an incident at 4133 Veteran’s Memorial Drive, Walmart, on August 23, 2024 at 9:52a.m.
The pair allegedly stole merchandise, passing all points of sale.
They were transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and issued appearance tickets. They will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on September 10, 2024 at 3:00p.m.

Jennifer J. Mccarty, 52, of Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly concealing items inside of her purse at 4133 Veteran’s Memorial Drive, Walmart, on August 26, 2024 at 4:32p.m.
Mccarty allegedly passed all points of sale and was stopped by an Asset Protection Officer.
Mccarty was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on September 10, 2024 at 9:00a.m.
