The Stafford Historical Society is looking for board members to restart the Society after losing their President, Linda Call, who passed away in January. Former board member Sue Briggs spoke before a handful of residents at the Regular Monthly Meeting at the Stafford Town Hall, 8903 Rt. 237.
Briggs spoke about the history of the Historical Society and the Town of Stafford History Museum, also located inside the Town Hall. Briggs says the Museum currently does not have regular hours, and tours are by appointment only by calling the Town Clerk Barb Radley at (585) 344-1554 ext. 104 or by email townclerk@townofstafford.org
If anyone is interested in becoming a board member contact Town Clerk Barb Radley. Briggs says you do not have to be a Stafford resident to be on the Stafford Historical Society Board.
The next Stafford Historical Society Meeting is September 25th at 7:00p.m. at the Stafford Town Hall
