PERRY, NY- Chief Michael J. Grover reports the arrest of a Buffalo Resident following an investigation by Officer Zack Fleiss of the Perry Police Department.
On August 29th, 2024, Aung Kaung Myat, 37, was charged with Forcible Touching after allegedly touching the intimate parts of another person without their consent after an incident that occurred the evening of August 16th, 2024.
Myat was arraigned in front of Honorable Judge Kelsey at the Perry Village Court and bail was set at $2,500 cash, $5,000 bond, and $7,500 partially secured. Myat was transported to the Wyoming County Jail with a return court date of September 10th at 1:00pm.
