Christine R. Brien, 53, and Johnathan B. White, 32, both of W. Main St. Rd., Batavia, NY, are each charged with false written statement after both allegedly signed sworn written statements that were not true after a disturbance call on August 23, 2024 at about 4:11p.m.
Upon arrival, the deputy was advised of a male that had a firearm and had left on foot in an unknown direction. After the male returned back to the scene, he was placed in custody. After an investigation, it was found that Brien and White had made alleged false statements to deputies.
Both were transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released on appearance tickets. They will appear in Town of Batavia Court on September 10, 2024 at 3:00p.m.

Kathleen M. Pritchard, 45, of Stafford, NY, is charged with criminal mischief 3rd degree and harassment 2nd degree after an in incident on Main Road in Stafford on August 29, 2024 at 10:55a.m.
Pritchard allegedly broke a TV by knocking it off a stand and then struck someone multiple times in the face.
Pritchard was held at the Genesee County Jail for a CAP Court arraignment.

Michael R. Haefner, 54, of Darien, NY, is charged with aggravated DWI PER SE/BAC of .18 % or more, DWI, drinking alcohol or using cannabis in a motor vehicle on a highway, improper left turn/two-way road and driving to the left of pavement markings, after a traffic stop for traffic violations on Darien Alexander Townline Road in Alexander, NY on September 1, 2024 at 12:56a.m.
Haefner was allegedly intoxicated by alcohol. He was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released. He will appear in the Town of Alexander Court on September 17, 2024 at 5:00p.m.

Eric Nshimirimana, 25, of Rochester, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and a speed violation/ exceeding 55 mph, following a traffic stop on Clinton Street Road in the Town of Stafford, NY on August 30, 2024 at 2:41a.m.
Nshimirimana was allegedly operating a vehicle while allegedly intoxicated. He was allegedly traveling 87mph in a 55mph zone.
He was released on traffic tickets and will appear in the Town of Stafford Court on September 19, 2024 at 6:00p.m.
