Paul Lee, AKA “Twin”, 52, of Rochester, NY, was arrested on August 19, 2024 after an investigation into the possession, transportation and sale of crack cocaine in and around the City of Batavia.
Lee is charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd degree, and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree, both class B felonies.
Lee was arrested on a sealed indictment warrant by City of Batavia NET Officers on August 19, 2024. Lee allegedly sold quantities of crack cocaine to an agent of the Genesee County Drug Task Force on two occasions while in the City of Batavia.
Lee was arraigned in Genesee County Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail.

Shannon M. Armstead, 31, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on August 20, 2024 after an investigation into the possession, transportation and sale of crack cocaine in and around the City of Batavia.
Armstead is charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd degree, and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree, both class B felonies.
Armstead was arrested on a sealed indictment warrant by City of Batavia NET Officers on August 20, 2024. Armstead allegedly sold quantities of crack cocaine to an agent of the Genesee County Drug Task Force on two occasions while in the City of Batavia.
Armstead was arraigned in Genesee County Court and released on recognizance.

Charles D. Macey, 44, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on August 22, 2024, after an investigation into the possession, transportation and sale of crack cocaine in and around the City of Batavia.
Macey is charged with one count of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd degree, and one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree, both class B felonies.
Macey was arrested on a sealed indictment warrant by City of Batavia NET Officers on August 22, 2024. Macey allegedly sold quantities of crack cocaine to an agent of the Genesee County Drug Task Force while in the City of Batavia.
Macey was arraigned in Genesee County Court and released under supervision.

Norman P. Michael Jr., 39, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on August 26, 2024, after an investigation into the possession, transportation and sale of crack cocaine in and around the City of Batavia.
Michael Jr. is charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd degree, and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree, both class B felonies.
Michael Jr. was arrested on a sealed indictment warrant by Genesee County Sheriff’s Deputies on August 26, 2024, while in custody on unrelated matters. Michael Jr. allegedly sold quantities of crack cocaine to an agent of the Genesee County Drug Task Force on two occasions while in the City of Batavia.
Lee was arraigned in Genesee County Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail
Task Force members were assisted by the City of Batavia Police NET Officers, Genesee County Sheriff’s Deputies and the Genesee County District Attorney’s Office.
