On September 6th, 2024, while at the Pitbull Concert at Six Flags Darien Lake, the following individuals were arrested:
Gena Everet, 18, of Java, NY, was charged with Criminal Trespass after allegedly reentering the concert venue after being previously ejected.
Michael Pellegrino-Whittmeyer, 21, of Batavia, NY, was charged Criminal Trespass after allegedly reentering the concert venue after previously ejected.
Erin Coffey, 20, of Rochester, NY, was charged Criminal Trespass after allegedly reentering the concert venue after being previously ejected.
John Karcz Jr, 51, of North Tonawanda, NY, was charged with Harassment 2nd degree after allegedly striking another person while inside the concert venue.
All the listed individuals were issued appearance tickets and are due to appear in Darien Town Court on September 17th 2024 at 4:00p.m.
