Two people were critically injured on Sunday morning after a two-vehicle accident in the area of 8715 Lake St. Road in LeRoy.
According to LeRoy Fire Department Assistant Fire Chief, Joshua Pfendler, two people, the driver of the SUV and a passenger in the pickup truck, were transported to Strong Hospital by Mercy Flight with serious injuries. The driver of the pickup truck was transported to Strong Hospital by ambulance with a minor hand injury.
The LeRoy Police Department is investigating the cause of accident with assistance from the NYS Police crash reconstruction team.
