Brendan M. Bruce, 26, of Depew, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a .08% or more, speeding in a zone and operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate, following a traffic stop on Broadway Road in Darien on September 6, 2024, at 12:24a.m.
Bruce was stopped for speeding and after an investigation was found to allegedly be intoxicated by alcohol.
Bruce was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and issued appearance tickets returnable to Darien Town Court on September 17, 2024, at 4:00p.m.

Jose R. Yamba-Paucar, 30, of Spencerport, NY, is charged with DWI and driving with a BAC of .08% or more, following several traffic complaints on Batavia Stafford Townline Road in Batavia on September 14, 2024.
Yamba-Paucar was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on October 3, 2024, at 1:00p.m.

Ashton L. Mohney, 34, of Batavia, NY, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing items from Walmart, 4133 Veteran’s Memorial Drive, on September 6, 2024, at 10:30a.m.
Mohney allegedly placed several items in his shopping cart and tried to leave the store without paying for the items. He was taken into custody and transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing.
Mohney was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Batavia Court on October 6, 2024, at 3:00p.m.
