Maura C. Diaz Garcia, 41, of Batavia, NY, is charged with assault 2nd degree following an investigation into an incident on Batavia Oakfield Townline Road on September 17, 2024 at 1:00a.m.
Diaz Garcia allegedly struck someone multiple times and struck them in the head with a coat hanger, The victim suffered multiple physical injuries including bruising on the left side of the body and a laceration to the forehead.
Diaz-Garcia was held at the Genesee County Jail for arraignment in CAP Court on September 19, 2024.

Tiaan Geldenhuys, 26, of Elba, NY, is charged with assault 3rd degree/physical injury, after allegedly assaulting a co-worker on Transit Road in Byron on September 17, 2024.
The co-worker suffered physical injury and Geldenhuys was held at the Genesee County Jail pending a CAP Court arraignment.

Joseph A. Saccomanno, 67, of Williamsville, NY is charged with harassment 2nd degree after allegedly striking another person while inside a concert venue at 9993 Alleghany Road on September 17, 2024 at 8:11p.m.
Saccomanno was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Darien Town Court on October 8, 2024 at4:00p.m.

Timothy J. Niccloy, 39, of Greece, NY, and Kahlan I. Vanschaffel, 22, of Rochester, NY, are each charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree/ possession of a narcotic drug with intent to sell and criminal possession of a controlled substance 4th degree/possession of cocaine with an aggregate weight of over 1/8th of an ounce, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding over 55mph, after a traffic stop on Clinton Street in Stafford on September 15, 2024
Niccloy and Vanschaffel were allegedly in possession of over one-eighth of an ounce of cocaine during a traffic stop in the Town of Stafford. It’s also alleged that Niccloy and Vanschaffel possessed the cocaine with the intent to sell it. Both were held at the Genesee County Jail pending arraignment.

Nathaniel A. Moultrup, 24, of Batavia, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, driving to the left of pavement markings, moving from a lane unsafely and drinking alcohol or smoking cannabis in a motor vehicle on a highway after a traffic stop on W. Main Street Road in Batavia on September 21, 2024 at 1:55p.m.
After an investigation, Deputies say that Moultrup was allegedly intoxicated by alcohol. He was then transported the Genesee County Jail for processing and released with uniform traffic tickets. Moultrup will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on October 10, 2024.

Dean M. Boldt, 57, of Alden, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and motor vehicle lights don’t meet standards, after a traffic stop for traffic violations on W. Main Street Road on September 22, 2024, at 1:28a.m.
After an investigation, it is alleged that Boldt was intoxicated by alcohol. He was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released on UTT’s and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on October 10, 2024 at 1:00p.m.

Samantha G. Reed, no age provided, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing property from Walmart on Veteran’s Memorial Drive on September 13, 2024.
Reed was processed at the Genesee County Jail and released on an appearance ticket. She will appear in Batavia Town Court on September 26, 2024 at 3:00p.m.

Casey T. Vaughn, 35, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree after allegedly violating an active order of protection issued out of Batavia City Court on September 16, 2024.
Vaughn was transported to the Genesee County Jail and held pending a CAP Court arraignment on September 17, 2024 at 9:00a.m.
