GENESEE COUNTY/Firefighters rescue family in early morning fire in Pavilion, one person transported to the hospital

Fire crews rescued a family of four from an early morning house fire at 6936 Ellicott Street Road on Thursday morning. When firefighters arrived on scene, there were three family members on a roof and one family member still inside on the first floor.

A 2nd alarm response with fire crews responding from LeRoy, Stafford, City of Batavia, Bethany, Alexander, Perry, Perry Center, Wyoming and York.
