The Genesee County Sheriff’s Office and the NYS Police executed a search warrant at a residence on Rochester Street in Bergen on Sunday morning about 9:30a.m.
According to Chief Deputy Joseph Graff, the search warrant was executed at 23 Rochester Street. Graff says no arrests were made today in the joint investigation with State Police. The investigation is currently ongoing.
There were occupants inside at the time, they were in a vehicle speaking with investigators according to witnesses on scene. The occupants were allowed to return to the home on Sunday afternoon about 12:30p.m. after investigators collected evidence.
