Cortney L. Sobowiec, 39, of Lancaster, NY, is charged with assault 3rd degree after allegedly engaging in a physical altercation with Live Nation Security at the Darien Lake Performing Arts Center during a concert on September 27, 2024 at 8:57p.m.
Sobowiec allegedly struck and bit the Live Nation security employee, breaking the skin.
Sobowiec was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the town of Darien Court on October 8, 2024 at 4:00p.m.

Michael R. Haefner, 54, of Darien, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd/mandatory suspension, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and moving from a lane unsafely, after a 911 call for a motor vehicle unoccupied off the road on Attica Road near the railroad crossing in Darien on September 26, 2024.
After an investigation, deputies say Haefner was allegedly operating the vehicle and left the roadway, crashing into a ditch. Haefner was allegedly the operator of the vehicle and was allegedly operating the vehicle while allegedly intoxicated by alcohol, and then left the scene after crashing.
Haefner was arrested and processed at the Genesee County Jail and released on an appearance ticket. He will appear in Darien Town Court on October 8, 2024 at 4:00p.m.

Oliver Thomas, 33, of Elba, NY, is charged with DWI, a license restriction violation, following too closely and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, after a traffic stop on Rt. 63 in the Town of Batavia on October 2, 2024 at 12:01a.m.
Thomas was traveling on Rt. 63 in the Town of Batavia and was allegedly following a vehicle too closely. After the traffic stop, its further alleged that Thomas was operating a motor vehicle while allegedly intoxicated by alcohol. Thomas also allegedly had an open container of alcohol in the vehicle and was operating out of his class.
Thomas was held at the Genesee County Jail pending a CAP Court arraignment.

Christopher J. Johnston, 48, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal mischief 4th degree after being located at 4036 West Main Street Road on October 1, 2024 at 12:54a.m.
He was held at the Genesee County Jail pending a CAP Court arraignment on October 1, 2024 at 7:00p.m.
