37 JV Bulldawg players and their parents played in a last-minute flag football game after the team they were scheduled to play canceled for today.
“We just wanted to have a fun day, so we did a parents vs. kids flag game just to get the kids out and having some fun in between games,” says Scott Perry/Bulldawgs JV Head Football Coach.
Next week the JV Bulldawgs will play Newfane.
Perry says it’s been a while since the kids and parents have faced off against each other. Parents say their kids had been talking smack all week about the Saturday game.
“I think they have a lot of fun doing it. The parents, I think are having a little more fun and burning some calories today.”
The Parents held on to their 3-2 lead and were lucky that time ran out.
