WYOMING COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/October 7, 2024

On 9/25/2024, Shelagh Neeley, 27, of Warsaw, NY, was arrested and charged with Welfare Fraud in the Third Degree (Class D Felony) and Offering a False Instrument for Filing in the First Degree (Class E Felony).
An investigation was conducted, and it was found that Neeley allegedly obtained more than $3,000 in
benefits that she was not entitled to receive from October 2022 to July 31, 2024. The investigation determined that Neeley allegedly provided false information to obtain these benefits.

She was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Warsaw Village Court.

On 9/26/2024, Ashley Harper, 23, of Perry, NY, was arrested and charged with Welfare Fraud in the Third Degree (Class D Felony) and Offering a False Instrument for Filing in the First Degree (Class E Felony).

An investigation was conducted, and it was found that Harper allegedly obtained more than $3,000 in
benefits that she was not entitled to receive from January 2024 to September 2024. The
investigation determined that Harper allegedly provided false information to obtain these benefits.

She was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Warsaw Village Court.

On September 17, 2024, at approximately 6:43 P.M., Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office deputies
responded to Bank Street Road in the Town of Middlebury for the report of male damaging the
roadway.

Upon arrival, deputies observed James Kessler, 61, of Bank Street Road, intentionally
damaging the road by digging up the asphalt. Kessler was subsequently arrested and charged
with Criminal Mischief in the fourth degree.

Kessler was released on appearance tickets and is to appear at Middlebury Town Court on September 30, 2024.

The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office arrested Unique T. Reynolds, 32, of Buffalo, NY, following a traffic
stop in the Town of Warsaw for operating a vehicle with a suspended registration.
Deputies on patrol were alerted to a vehicle being operated while the registration was currently
suspended for insurance not in effect.

The vehicle was observed traveling east on Route 20A in the Village of Warsaw and a traffic stop was conducted in the Town of Warsaw after an investigation found the vehicle was indeed currently suspended.

Reynolds was arrested and issued a citation for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. Reynolds is to answer the charges on October 7, 2024 at 3:00pm in the Town of Warsaw Court.

After an investigation into a complaint of fraud at a business in the Town of Perry on September 2, 2024, the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office arrested Gabriella Spink, 22, no address provided.

Spink was arrested and charged with Scheme to Defraud 1st degree and was issued an appearance ticket for the Town of Perry Court.

Spink is to appear at the Town of Perry Court on October 9th, 2024 at 3:00p.m.
