On 9/27/2024, Stanley T. Hooker, 32, of Batavia, was arrested and charged with Menacing 2nd degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd degree, and Harassment 2nd degree. Hooker was arrested after allegedly threatening another person with a knife during an altercation on Spencer Court. He was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court at a later date.

On 9/30/2024, Ajia R. Hasenauer, 31, of Rochester, NY, was arrested on two arrest warrants. The first warrant stems from an incident where Hasenauer allegedly took another person’s vehicle, without permission. She was charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle 3rd degree The second warrant was issued after Hasenauer failed to appear in court after being issued a misdemeanor traffic ticket. She was arraigned in CAP Court and is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court at a later date.

On 9/28/2024, Peter M. Costantino, 63, of Batavia, was arrested and charged with Assault 3rd degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. It’s alleged that Costantino engaged in a fight with his neighbor, while two children were present. He was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court on 10/8/2024.

On 10/1/2024, Alicia M. Lyons, 44, of Batavia, was arrested and charged with Trespass. Lyons allegedly came onto the property at Kwik Fill, after previously being trespassed. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 10/15/2024.

On 9/25/2024, Christopher L. Rebmann, 51, of Attica, was arrested on an arrest warrant. The warrant was issued when Rebmann failed to appear in court after being issued an appearance ticket for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released. He is due back in court, on 10/15/2024.
