PERRY POLICE REPORT/Man charged after threatening a Village employee at Village Park

On October 11, 2024, the Perry Police Department charged 26-year-old Patrick M. Lawrence with Harassment in the 2nd Degree following an incident at the Village Park.

The charge stems from a report made by a Perry Village employee who stated they were threatened by an individual. Upon responding to the scene, Officer Fleiss made contact with Lawrence, who admitted to making threats toward the Village employee.

Lawrence was taken into custody without incident.

Following his arrest, Lawrence was processed at the Perry Police Department and arraigned before Honorable Judge Wolcott at the Perry Village Court. He was released on his own recognizance, and an Order of Protection was issued on behalf of the victim.

Lawrence is scheduled to appear in Perry Village Court on November 12, 2024, at 1:00 PM.
