Nyejay N. Braction, 20, of Buffalo, NY, is charged with assault 2nd degree, after allegedly breaking a Correctional Officer’s finger while in a physical altercation at the Genesee County Jail, located at 3839 West Main Street Road in the Town of Batavia, on October 15, 2024 at 6:50p.m.
Braction was arrested and arraigned on November 15, 2024 in Genesee County CAP Court.

Jerad M. Stalker, 40, of Corfu, NY, is charged with criminal possession of stolen property 5th degree, after allegedly taking an item out of a vehicle that was not his, he then allegedly went to Pawn King and sold the item. The incident occurred on August 26, 2024 in the City of Batavia on West Main Street Road.
Stalker was also charged with falsifying business records 1st degree after signing a form that states he is the rightful owner of the item taken from the vehicle.
Stalker was arrested on November 19, 2024 and processed at the Genesee County Jail, he is scheduled for arraignment in Batavia City Court on December 3, 2024 at 1:00p.m.

Ryan P.H. Clarke, 35, of Le Roy, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree and harassment 2nd degree after an investigation at a residence in Corfu on November 21, 2024 at 4:20p.m.
Clarke allegedly screamed in the victim’s face while there was a refrain from order of protection in place.
Clark was held at the Genesee County Jail for arraignment at CAP Court.

Reanne P. Reed, 30, of Batavia, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd degree after an altercation at 8315 Park Road, Batavia Downs, in the Town of Batavia on November 20, 2024 at 8:14p.m.
Reed was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on December 3, 2024 at 3:00p.m.

Ryan M. Bobzin, 35, of Bergen, NY, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 1st degree, operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs/1st offense, and operation of a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver, following a larceny complaint on Townline Road in Byron on October 2, 2024 at 4:28p.m.
Bobzin was issued uniform traffic tickets for all charges and was released. He is to appear in the Town of Bergen Court on December 11, 2024 at 5:00p.m.
