Join the Genesee Chorale as it presents “Magnificat” by Taylor Scott Davis. The Magnificat has been put to interpretation through music by hundreds of composers; the most famous and oft-performed being by J.S. Bach. In this version, Davis takes a fresh, contemporary approach to the text. The result is one of the most beautiful versions to date.
Also featured on this performance will be the wonderful work, “Fantasia on Christmas Carols” by Ralph Vaughan Williams. This work will feature Baritone soloist Joseph Finetti.
