Following a physical altercation in a driveway on Curriers Road in the Town of Arcade, Scott
T. Cimato, 45, of Arcade NY, was arrested and charged with Assault in the 2nd degree.
Further investigation showed that the 78-year-old victim sustained physical injuries to his head and
wished to pursue charges. Due to the age of the victim, Cimato was arrested and charged with
Assault 2nd, injury to a victim age 65 or older, a class D felony.
Cimato was processed and arraigned in the Village of Warsaw and released on recognizance and will appear in the Town of Arcade Court on 12/19/24.

On November 21st, 2024, at around 8:35A.M., deputies from the Wyoming County Sheriff’s
Office were notified of a possible order of protection violation and the suspect was located in the
Wyoming County Jail.
Upon further investigation, it was discovered that Glenn C. Jones, 36, of Silver Springs, NY had
attempted to contact a protected party of a stay away order of protection while he was
incarcerated in the Wyoming County Jail on similar charges.
Jones was ultimately charged with Aggravated Family Offense and Criminal Contempt in the 2nd degree. Jones was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Warsaw Village Court at a later date.

On December 5, 2024, at approximately 4:26 P.M., Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded
to the intersection of Route 19A and Route 436 in the Town of Genesee Falls for a two-car
motor vehicle crash.
After an investigation, deputies found one of the passengers of an involved vehicle,
Stephanie Ridley, 33, of Springwater, NY was allegedly in possession of a handgun. Ridley was currently on felony probation and was previously convicted of a felony.
Ridley was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd degree-
Loaded Firearm and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd Degree- Previous Conviction.
Ridley was arraigned in Warsaw Town Court and committed to the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of bail.
Ridley is to appear at Warsaw Town Court on December 12, 2024 at 10:00 A.M.

On December 10, 2024, at approximately 9:15A.M., a deputy from the Wyoming County
Sheriff’s Office was patrolling on Route 20A in the Town of Perry and observed a tractor
trailer stuck in the front lawn of a residence.
The operator of the truck was identified by a Quebec driver’s license as George Lebeanya. Lebeanya stated that he realized that he was not supposed to be operating on that portion of Route 20A and attempted to turn around.
A DMV check of his license revealed one active suspension. Lebeanya was subsequently
arrested and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd degree and issued an appearance
ticket.

The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office was requested to assist a female on Route 39 in the
Town of Pike that went off the road with her stock trailer carrying animals in the wintry snow
conditions.
Deputies on location found the driver, Celia Daniels, 45, was currently suspended in New
York. Also, during the investigation, it was found that the vehicle was unregistered.
Daniels was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree and issued citations for aggravated unlicensed operation and for operating an unregistered vehicle. Daniels is to
answer the charges on January 14th, 2025 in the Town of Pike court.

Following a physical domestic incident between a brother and sister at a residence on Route 78 in
the Town of Sheldon, Darrell L. Millspaugh, 19, of Buffalo, NY, was arrested and charged with two counts
of endangering the welfare of a child.
Further investigation showed that Millspaugh allegedly engaged in a physical confrontation with a female subject and threw multiple items inside the residence, while in the presence of a two- and four-year-old. Millspaugh was processed and issued an appearance ticket, he is due back in the Town of Sheldon on 12/16/24.
