Nicholas A. Pietrzykowski, 48, of East Rd., Wyoming, NY, is charged with felony DWI/previous conviction within 10 years, operator leaving the scene of a property damage accident, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway and moving from a lane unsafely after a property damage accident on Galloway Road in the Town of Batavia on January 5, 2025 at 2:50p.m.
Pietrzykowski fled the scene of the accident into a wooded area and was located and taken into custody by K9 Rayzor and Deputy Stack.
Pietrzykowski was held for CAP Court and appeared on January 5, 2025 at 9:00p.m.

Nicholas D. Kersch, 29, of Wyoming St., Warsaw, NY, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI/PER SE/driving with a BAC of .18 % or more, speeding in a zone and moving from a lane unsafely, after a traffic stop on Rt. 19 in the Village of Le Roy on January 5, 2025 at 2:21a.m.
Kersch was issued uniform traffic tickets for all charges and was released. He will appear in Le Roy Town Court on February 4, 2025 at 4:30p.m.

Latoya D. Jackson, 39, of State St., Batavia, NY, is charged with resisting arrest, two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, operating a vehicle with a suspended registration, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree and operating a motor vehicle without insurance after a traffic stop on Washington Avenue in Batavia on January 1, 2025 at 4:48a.m.
Jackson allegedly was operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and driving privileges. She was also allegedly in possession of two different controlled substances during the traffic stop and also resisted arrest.
Jackson was released with an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia City Court on January 21, 2025 at 1:00p.m.

Kenneth R. Sheard, 45, of Bergen, NY, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child and harassment 2nd degree after a domestic incident on January 1, 2025 at 8:37p.m.
Sheard allegedly struck an individual under the age of 17.
Sheard was held for CAP Court on January 2, 2025 at 9:00a.m.

David R. Paddock, 25, of Mrytle St., Le Roy, NY, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI/driving with a BAC of .18% or more, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle on a highway, speed not reasonable or prudent and moving from a lane unsafely, after a property damage accident on Warsaw Road in Le Roy on December 21, 2024 at 7:18p.m.
Paddock was transported to the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office for processing and was issued traffic tickets. He will appear in Le Roy Town Court on January 7, 2025 at 4:30p.m.

Vincent J. Augugliaro, 34, of Maple St., Corfu, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and a speed violation/exceeding 55mph, following a traffic stop on W. Main St. in the Village of Corfu on January 3, 2025 at 12:21a.m.
Augugliaro was allegedly driving a motor vehicle on a public highway allegedly intoxicated by alcohol.
He was issued traffic tickets and will appear in the Village of Corfu Court on February 3, 2025 at 1:00p.m.

Tyler J. Bull, 22, of W. Main St. Rd., Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree after allegedly violating an order of protection by allegedly calling the protected party 142 times.
Bull was arrested at the Genesee County Jail where he is currently incarcerated. He was released back into the custody of the jail.
Bull appeared in Genesee County CAP Court on January 3, 2025 at 9:00a.m.
