Jared R. burns, no age or address provided, of Batavia, NY, is charged with obstructing governmental administration 2nd degree, trespass and disorderly conduct, after allegedly remaining unlawfully at the Genesee County Department of Social Services on E. Rohrer was allegedly intoxicated by alcohol.
He was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was held for CAP Court arraignment at 9:30a.m.

Farnsworth, 40, of Eagle Harbor Rd., Barre, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree, speeding violation/ exceeding 55mph, and operation of a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver, after a traffic stop on Buffalo Road in Bergen, NY on March 30, 2024 at 3:24p.m.
Farnsworth was allegedly in possession of cocaine following the traffic stop.
He was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Bergen Town Court on February 12, 2025, at 5:00p.m.

Travis D. Gassman, 30, of Perry Road, Pavilion, NY, is charged with DWI, operating a motor vehicle with a .08% or more BAC and moving from a lane unsafely, following a traffic stop on Perry Road in Pavilion on January 11, 2025 at 6:38p.m.
Gassman was issued uniform traffic tickets and released.

Feyza G. Osmancikli, no age provided, of Main St., Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, after a traffic stop in the area of 40 Oak Street in the City of Batavia on January 4, 2025 at 10:20p.m.
Osmancikli was allegedly in possession of a narcotic.
Osmancikli was processed at the Genesee County Jail and released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia City Court on January 21, 2025.

Adrian J. Aughenbaugh, 27, of Columbia Ave., Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree after a traffic stop on Buffalo Road in Bergen, NY on January 6, 2025 at 12:41a.m.
Aughenbaugh was a passenger in the vehicle. A search of the vehicle uncovered an alleged controlled substance.
Aughenbaugh was arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and ill appear in Bergen Town Court on February 12, 2025 at 5:00p.m.

Ramirez-Perez was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while allegedly intoxicated by alcohol.
He was issued tickets and will appear in City of Batavia Court on February 4, 2025 at 1:00p.m.
