Salvatore M. Schwable, 27, of Oakfield, NY, is charged with possession of a forged instrument 1st degree and two counts of petit larceny, after allegedly using a counterfeit bill to purchase merchandise at a gas station on S. Main Street in Oakfield on November 28, 2024.
On January 13, 2025, Schwable was arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail where he was held pending a CAP Court arraignment on January 14th, 2025 at 9:00a.m.

Claudie V. Goodenow Jr., 42, of Prospect St. Attica, NY, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 1st degree/5 or more suspensions on 5 or more dates, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, motor vehicle lights don’t meet standards and operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate, after being stopped on Rt. 20 in Bethany for traffic violations on January 10, 2025 at 2:29a.m.
After an investigation, deputies say Goodenow was driving on a suspended license. A search of his vehicle uncovered an alleged quantity of controlled substances. He was arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing.
Goodenow was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Bethany Town Court on February 5, 2025 at 5:00p.m.

On January 10, 2025 at 3:04a.m., Jessica L. Goodenow, 43, of Prospect St., Attica, NY, was arrested and charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree.
Jessica was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped on Rt. 20 in the Town of Bethany for traffic violations on January 10, 2025 at 2:29a.m.
A search of the vehicle uncovered a quantity of alleged controlled substances.
She was arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing.
Jessica was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Bethany Town Court on February 5, 2025 at 5:00p.m.

Jacob H. Tillotson, 25, of Walker Rd., Pavilion, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle and moving from a lane unsafely, after a traffic stop on Linwood Road in the Town of Le Roy on January 17, 2025 at 9:21p.m.
Tillotson was issued uniform traffic tickets for all charges and released. He is to appear in Le Roy Town Court on February 4, 2025 at 4:30p.m.

Tyler J. Bull, 22, of W. Main St., Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree, after allegedly violating an order of protection by calling the protected party 142 times on December 9, 2024.
On January 15, 2025, Bull was arrested at the Genesee County Jail where he is currently incarcerated and was released back into the custody of the jail. He appeared in CAP Court on January 15th, 2025 at 9:00p.m.

Warren T. Cotton, 47, of Park Rd., Batavia, NY, is charged with promoting prison contraband 2nd degree for allegedly possessing homemade alcohol under the bunk of his cell at the Genesee County Jail on January 14, 2025 at 7:00a.m.
Colton will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on February 11, 2025 at 3:00p.m.

Julie L. Dutton, 29, of E. Main St., Batavia, NY, is charged with petit larceny and criminal mischief 4th degree after allegedly stealing property and then damaging it at 8200 Park Road in the Town of Batavia on January 20, 2025 at 6:45p.m
Dutton was transported to the Genesee County Jail and held pending charges in the City of Batavia.
