WYOMING COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/January 22, 2025

Bradford Abraham, 38, of Rochester, was arrested by the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office on
January 9th, following investigation into a September of 2024 complaint in the Town of Warsaw.

On September 24th, the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office investigated an attempted larceny at
Wal-Mart on State Route 19. A male was attempting to conceal items in a cart and push it out of
the store. The male was unsuccessful and left all items behind in the store. The male then got into
a 2017 Toyota and left the store.

A license plate was obtained on the vehicle, and it was found that the vehicle had been stolen out of Fairport, NY. That same vehicle shortly after was located in the City of Batavia and was involved in a high-speed pursuit from Genesee County into Monroe County where it was ultimately terminated.

Following investigation and assistance from the Monroe County Crime Analysis Center and
Genesee County Sheriff’s Office, Bradford Abraham was developed as the wanted individual.
Abraham was wanted in Monroe County on other warrants pertaining to Grand Larceny and
Probation Violations for an Attempted Robbery. Abraham was later arrested and committed to
the Monroe County Jail.

An arrest warrant was issued for Abraham, and he was transported from the Monroe County Jail
to the Town of Warsaw Court where he was arraigned on the charges of Criminal Possession of
Stolen Property 4th degree, Attempted Petit Larceny, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd degree. Abraham was committed to the Wyoming County Jail on bail, but returned to Monroe County
Jail for housing. Abraham will return to Town Court at a later date.

Deputies responded to Buck Road in the Town of Warsaw on January 14, 2025, for a report of a vehicle off the roadway.

Upon arrival, deputies met with the operator who identified himself as Jorie N. Cruz, 31 of Warsaw, NY. Cruz exhibited alleged signs of impairment roadside and was requested to submit to
field sobriety testing. Cruz performed poorly on his tests and was subsequently arrested for DWI/
Drugs.

Cruz agreed to submit to a drug influence evaluation conducted by a certified DRE. As a
result, Cruz was determined to allegedly be under the influence of Cannabis and unable to operate a
vehicle safely.

Cruz was processed and issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Warsaw Court on 02/03/25 at 2:00 pm.

Destanee Kaney, 25, of Attica, NY, was arrested by the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office after
reporting a possible assault on January 12th.
Kaney had reported to 911 that another person in her apartment complex had struck and
assaulted her while in the hallway. Kaney provided a written statement in regard to what she
reported occurring. Surveillance footage however showed that Kaney’s statements were
inaccurate.
Kaney was charged with Falsely Reporting an Incident 2nd degree and Offering a False Instrument for
Filing 2nd degree.

Kaney was arraigned in the Village of Attica Court and released on her own recognizance due to the charges not being qualifying offenses.

An order of protection was issued protecting the person that Kaney accused of the assault. Kaney will answer her charges in Village Court at a later date.

Sara A. Weber, 38, of Attica, NY, was arrested at the Wyoming County Department of Social Services
after it was determined that she had active warrant for her arrest.
Weber was charged in October of 2024 by the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office with
Obstruction and Resisting Arrest. Weber was released with appearance tickets on the
charges in which she failed to appear in Bennington Town Court.

The warrant was issued for the failure to appear and upon locating Weber, she was placed into custody.
Weber was arraigned in the Town of Attica Court, due to the Town of Bennington Court not
being available at that time, and released on her own recognizance and given a new return date
for the Town of Bennington Court.

Matthew Young, 45, of Geneseo, NY, was arrested following a traffic stop on Route 63 in
the Town of Covington on January 4, 2025.

Young was stopped for operating a vehicle with an expired inspection and found to have five active suspensions on his driver’s license.

Young was charged with Uninspected Motor Vehicle, Unlicensed Operation, and Aggravated
Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd degree. Young was released with appearance tickets returnable to
the Town of Covington Court at a later date.

Tina Shadid, 44, of Ontario, Canada, was arrested following a traffic stop on Route 20A in the Village of Warsaw on January 1, 2025.

Shadid was stopped after being observed speeding 52mph in a marked 30mph zone in the Village. Shadid was found to have an active suspension in New York State from 2001 on her driving privilege.
Shadid was charged with Speed in Zone and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd degree.
Shadid will answer the charges in the Village of Warsaw Court at a later date

Julie A. Olejniczak, 49, of Angola, NY, was arrested following a traffic stop on Route 63 in the
Town of Covington on January 8, 2025.

Olejniczak was stopped after it was determined the vehicle she was operating had a suspended registration for no insurance. Olejniczak was also found to be operating with 3 active suspensions on her driver’s license.
Olejniczak was charged with Operating a vehicle with suspended registration, Uninsured
Operation, Unlicensed Operation, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd degree.
Olejniczak will answer the charges in the Town of Covington Court at a later date.

Jonathan J. McCarthy, 29, of Bennington, NY was arrested following a traffic stop on Route
354 in the Town of Bennington on January 7, 2025.

McCarthy was stopped for operating a vehicle with an expired registration and found to have two active suspensions on his driver’s license.
McCarthy was charged with Unregistered Motor Vehicle, Unlicensed Operation, and Aggravated
Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd degree.

McCarthy was issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Bennington Court at a later date.

Aweissoun Camara, 21, of Buffalo, NY, was arrested following a traffic stop on Route 20A in the
Town of Warsaw on January 10, 2025.

Camara was found to be operating a vehicle with a suspended registration due to an insurance lapse as well as no inspection certificate.

Camara was charged with Uninspected Motor Vehicle and Operation with Suspended Registration and issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Warsaw Court at a later date.

On January 11, 2025 at approximately 3:50 pm, A deputy from the Wyoming County Sheriff’s
Office initiated a traffic stop on Rt. 20A in the town of Warsaw.

The driver was identified as Chad S. Schillaci. After running a registration check, it was discovered that the vehicle was suspended for insurance lapse since April of 2024.

Schillaci was arrested for operating motor vehicle with registration suspended and was processed roadside and issued an appearance ticket.
Schillaci is to appear at Warsaw Town Court at a later date.

    Nicole M. Bzduch, 40, of Perry, NY was arrested on January 14th, 2025, following the investigation of a car
    off the roadway on Route 20A in the Town of Warsaw.

    A roadside interview determined that Bzduch had been allegedly consuming alcohol and was placed under arrest for Driving While Intoxicated.

    Bzduch was charged with moving from a lane unsafely, DWI, and Driving with a BAC of .08 or
    more.

    Bzduch was released with appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Warsaw Court at a
    later date.

    Seth T. Black, 35, of New York City, was arrested on January 15, 2025, following a traffic stop on Route
    63 in the Town of Covington.

    Black was found to be operating a vehicle with a suspended registration due to having no insurance. Black was also found to have an expired driver’s license.

    Black was charged with operation with suspended registration, unlicensed operation, uninsured
    operation, and uninspected motor vehicle. Black was issued appearance tickets on all charges
    returnable to the Town of Covington Court at a later date.

    Corey J. Wallace, 37, of Warsaw was arrested following a traffic stop in the Town of Bennington
    on January 16, 2025. Wallace was stopped for operating a vehicle with an expired inspection and
    found to have one active suspension on his driver’s license.

    Wallace was charged with uninspected motor vehicle and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd. Wallace was released with appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Bennington Court at a later date.

    Jay Morrison, 22, of Alexander was arrested following a traffic stop on Route 63 in the
    Town of Covington on January 16, 2025.

    Morrison was found to be operating a vehicle without insurance and a suspended registration.

    Morrison was issued appearance tickets for both charges that are returnable to the Town of Covington Court at a later date.

    On January 14, 2025 at approximately 3:22 pm, deputies from the Wyoming County Sheriff’s
    Office responded to the report of a one car motor vehicle accident on Java Lake Road in the
    Town of Arcade.

    Upon arrival, deputies spoke with the vehicle operator, Michelle A. Clifford, 66, of Orchard Park, NY, who allegedly exhibited signs of possible impairment. Deputies administered standardized field sobriety testing roadside.

    Clifford was subsequently arrested for allegedly operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs.

    Clifford was charged with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs and failure to keep right. Clifford was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Arcade Court at a later date.

    Wendy A. Lutz, 62, of Lackawanna, NY, was arrested following a traffic stop on East Buffalo Street in
    the Village of Warsaw on January 17th.

    Lutz was found to be operating a vehicle with a suspended registration due to a lack of insurance as well as having two active suspensions on her driver’s license.

    Lutz was charged with operation with suspended registration, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd degree, uninsured operation, unlicensed operation, and failure to notify DMV of address change.

    Lutz was issued appearance tickets on all charges returnable to Village Court at a later date.
