Justin A. Reisman, 36, of Waterport-Carlton Road, Carlton, NY, is charged with tampering with physical evidence and obstructing governmental administration 2nd degree, following a fatal bicycle accident on Tesnow Road in Alabama on February 23, 2025 at 8:04p.m.
Reisman allegedly entered a crime scene and remained unlawfully after being told to leave several times by Sheriff’s Deputies.
Reisman was released on an appearance ticket.

Magoffin, 49, of River Road, Pavilion, NY, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 1st degree, DWI/two previous convictions/designated offenses within 10 years, aggravated DWI Per SE-BAC of .18% or more/2 prior convictions within 10 years, use of loaned vehicle without an interlock device and operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate, on February 21, 2025 at 9:38p.m.
Magoffin was held for CAP Court and appeared on February 22, 2025 at 9:00a.m.

Nicole L. Woodruff, 44, of Park Road, Batavia, NY, is charged with grand larceny 4th degree, a class E felony, criminal mischief 3rd degree, a class E felony, and possession of burglar tools, a class A misdemeanor, after allegedly entering Dick’s Sporting Goods and allegedly concealing several pieces of merchandise after cutting the security tags off.
Woodruff then allegedly exited the store without providing payment on February 23, 2025 at 3:20p.m.
Woodruff was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Batavia Town Court and released. She is due to appear in Batavia Town Court on March 11, 2025 at 3:00p.m.

Kevin A. Knickerbocker, 54, of W. Main Street, Byron, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 1st degree after allegedly failing to abide by an order of protection out of Byron Town Court on February 12, 2025.
Knickerbocker was arraigned in CAP Court on February 22, 2025 at 9:00p.m. in front of Judge Mattice.

On February 21, 2025, at 4:20p.m., Clint J. Towne was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree, criminal possession of controlled substance and criminal possession of controlled substance 7th degree, after narcotics were allegedly located after an unrelated incident on Phelps Road in Pembroke.
Towne was taken to the Genesee County Jail for processing and arraigned on February 22, 2025 at 9:00a.m.

Jerad M. Stalker, 40, of Indian Falls Road, Pembroke, NY, was arrested on a warrant on Park Road in Batavia, NY on February 19, 2025. Stalker was found to allegedly have narcotics in one of his pockets.
Stalker is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree and was taken to the Genesee County Jail for processing. He will appear in Batavia Town Court on March 11, 2025 at 1:00p.m.

Tammy M. Oshea, 53, of Main Road, Stafford, NY, is charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree and improper or unsafe turn without a signal after a traffic stop on East Main Street in Batavia, NY, on February 22, 2025 at 2:35a.m.
Oshea was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was released with an appearance tickets. She will appear in the City of Batavia Court on March 18, 2025 at 1:00p.m.

Raymond J. Dick, 60, of East Main Street, Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree along with Sandra L. Marsceill, no age or address provided.
The pair were allegedly in possession of a controlled substance while in a parking lot on Veteran’s Memorial Drive in the Town of Batavia, NY. on February 25, 2025 at 3:48p.m.
Dick and Marsceill were transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and were both released on appearance tickets.
