Clint J. Towne, 44, of West Main St. Rd., Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a weapon 3rd degree/assault weapon, and criminal possession of a weapon 3rd degree/large capacity ammunition feeding device, after allegedly possessing an assault weapon with multiple magazines located on Towne’s property after his arrest in a separate incident on Phelps Road in Pembroke on February 21, 2025.
Towne was arrested on February 28, 2025 and released back into the custody of the of the Genesee County Jail where he was incarcerated at the time of his arrest.
Towne appeared in CAP Court on March 1st, 2025.

Rashad T. Cordell, 25, of State St., Rochester, NY, is charged with criminal possession of stolen property 3rd degree and aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd degree, after he was allegedly found to be in possession of a stolen vehicle on February 27, 2025 on Park Road.
Cordell was held at the Genesee County Jail pending arraignment on February 28, 2025 in CAP Court.

Robert P. Leiser, 56, of Lockport Rd., Alabama, NY, is charged with hindering prosecution 3rd degree after allegedly allowing a Mark C. Cook Sr. to live on his property knowing he had active felony warrants.
Leiser was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released on an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on March 18, 2025 at 6:00p.m.

Dana L. Powers, 54, of Prestige Crossing, Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 3rd degree and operating a vehicle without stop lamps after a traffic stop for a traffic violation on Ellicott Street on February 28, 2025.
Powers was allegedly in possession of a controlled substance.
Powers was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released with an appearance ticket. He is to return to the City of Batavia Court on March 18, 2025 at 1:30p.m.

Colleen M. Hutchinson, 50, of Ellicott St. Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, operating a motor vehicle without a stop lamp, and uninspected motor vehicle, following a traffic stop on Ellicott Street in the City of Batavia on March 3, 2025.
Hutchinson was allegedly in possession of quantity of crack cocaine and narcotic equipment used to smoke crack cocaine.
Hutchinson was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Batavia City Court on March 19, 2025 at 9:00a.m.

Dale R. Williams, 41, of W. Main St., Batavia, NY, is charged with DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 3rd degree and operating a motor vehicle without insurance on Richmond Avenue in the City of Batavia on March 1, 2025 at 12:50a.m.
Williams was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was issued an appearance ticket. Williams will appear in Batavia City Court on March 19, 2025 at 9:00a.m.

Charles P. Stevens, 36, of Clinton St. Rd., Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance 4th degree, after a traffic stop on Rt. 19 in Le Roy on March 7, 2025 at 12:02a.m.
Stevens was allegedly in possession of cocaine with intent to sell.
Stevens was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was held for CAP Court arraignment.

Brandi R. Hough, 29, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree following an investigation after a probation home visit on March 7, 2025.
Hough was allegedly in possession of a methamphetamine.
She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in the Town of Batavia Court on March 20, 2025.
