On 3/7/2025, Dean K. Houk, 55, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with DWI. Officers attempted to stop Houk after he was seen drinking alcohol inside his vehicle. Houk then led police on a pursuit through the city before stopping at the intersection of West Main Street and Oak Street. Houk was issued numerous traffic tickets was scheduled to appear in court on 3/18/2025.

On 3/11/2025, Jennifer C. Moscicki, 48, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Petit Larceny. Moscicki allegedly stole merchandise from Aldi. She was issued an appearance ticket was due in court on 3/18/2025.

On 3/10/2025, Mercedes Ramon-Rodriguez, 31, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Ramon-Rodriguez allegedly left a 3-year-old child home alone. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 3/25/2025.

On 3/6/2025, Kelly J. Mungo, 49, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Petit Larceny. Mungo allegedly stole merchandise from Aldi. She was issued an appearance ticket and was due to appear in court on 3/18/2025.

On 3/5/2025, Mary A. Ingles, 70, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with DWI. Ingles was arrested following a traffic stop on Richmond Avenue. She was issued several traffic tickets and is due in court on 3/19/2025.

On 3/7/2025. Bill A. Thomas, 65, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Trespass. Thomas was allegedly trespassing at the Batavia City Centre after he had previously been barred from the property. He was issued an appearance ticket was due in court on 3/18/2025.

On 3/7/2025, Jazmyn R. Bater, 20, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Bater allegedly struck another person in the head several times while the other person was holding a child. Bater was issued an appearance ticket was due in court on 3/18/2025.

On 3/9/2025, Jennifer N. Wilson, 38, of Auburndale, FL, was arrested on a bench warrant. Wilson was initially charged with Criminal Trespass 2nd degree, Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd degree, and Resisting Arrest, after an incident on 2/26/2024. The warrant was issued after Wilson failed to appear in court. Wilson was arraigned in CAP Court and is due to appear in Batavia City Court at a later date.
