On 3/14/2025, Lisa M. Fox, 53, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd degree. Fox was arrested following a traffic stop on Clinton Street, where she was allegedly found in possession of narcotics. Fox was arraigned in CAP Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail.
On 3/17/2025, Bruce Warren, 62, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Sex Offender Failure to Verify. Warren was charged after he allegedly failed to verify his information, as he is required to do every 90 days as a sex offender. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 3/25/2025.
On 3/14/2025, Donyel E Walker, 26, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Burglary 2nd degree and Criminal Contempt 2nd degree. Walker allegedly entered a residence in violation of a stay away order of protection. Walker was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 3/15/2025, Nicholas H. Heide, 28, of Port Jefferson, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief 3rd degree. Heide allegedly slashed a vehicle tire in the parking lot of Copperhead Creek bar. Heide was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 3/18/2025.

On 3/16/2025, Tanisha A. Nealy, 36, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on a Bench Warrant. Nealy was initially arrested on 7/31/2024 for Menacing 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd degree after allegedly threatening another person with a knife. Nealy was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court at a later date.

On 3/16/2025, Elyssa G. Curry, 23, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with DWI. Curry was charged following a traffic stop on Walnut Street, where she was allegedly found to be intoxicated. She was issued several traffic tickets and released.

On 3/18/2025, Kyle W. Nash, 37, of Le Roy, NY, was arrested on a Bench Warrant. Nash was issued two misdemeanor traffic tickets on 1/10/2025. The warrant was issued after he failed to appear in court. Nash was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.

On 3/14/2025, Bill A. Thomas, 65, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on two warrants. Thomas was initially charged with Trespass and Criminal Trespass 3rd degree in two separate cases. The warrants were issued, after he failed to appear in court. Thomas was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.

On 3/14/2025, Michael A. Fanizza, 31, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Harassment 2nd degree. It’s alleged that Fanizza slammed another person on the ground during an altercation on Jefferson Avenue. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released. He is due back in court on 4/8/2025.
