Perry, NY – Chief Michael J. Grover reports the arrest of Alex G. Gross, 26, of Perry, New York
On 03/20/2025, Officers Tucker, David Spink, and Dakota Spink from the Perry Police Department arrested Gross on an arrest warrant that was issued by Honorable Tammy Kelsey in Village of Perry Court.
The arrest warrant stems from a domestic dispute on 3/17/2025 with Gross allegedly violating a court order.
Gross was charged with Criminal Contempt in the second degree and the felony offense aggravated family offense. Gross was arraigned by Honorable Joshua Wolcott in Village of Perry Court.
The Wyoming County District Attorney was contacted and recommended $20,000 cash bail, $40,000 bond, or $60,000 partially secured. Gross was released on pretrial release and is due back in Perry village Court on April 15, 2025 at 1:00p.m.
