Lallchandra Nandan, 63, of Maple, Ontario, Canada, is charged with abandonment of animals following an animal complaint at the Fairbridge Hotel, 4371 Federal Drive, in Batavia on March 21, 2025.
Nandan allegedly abandon a dog in a hotel room and returned to Canada. Nandan is scheduled to appear in Batavia Town Court on April 1, 2025 at 1:00p.m.

Shane A. Porter, 54, of Roosevelt Highway, Hamlin, NY, is charged with menacing 2nd degree/weapon after a traffic complaint on Lake Street in Le Roy on March 22, 2025 at 7:44p.m.
Porter was held for a CAP Court appearance on March 23, 2025 at 9:00a.m. in front of Judge Williams.

Daniel F. Bower, 70, of Antlers Drive, Rochester, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, operating a motor vehicle on a public highway while using a phone, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and moving from a lane unsafely, after a motor vehicle accident on North Byron Road in Elba on March 30, 2025 at 5:13p.m.
Bower was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Elba Town Court on May 28, 2025 at 5:00p.m.

Garrett M. Pyc, 33, of S. Lake Road, Pembroke, NY, was arrested and charged after allegedly issuing a bad check on January 28, 2025.
Pyc was issued an appearance ticket and will be arraigned in Pembroke Town Court on April 9, 2025 at 1:00p.m.

Dylan J. Carli, 18, of Rt. 19, Pavilion, NY, is charged with criminal mischief 4th degree and harassment 2nd degree following a harassment complaint on Linwood Road in Pavilion on March 27, 2025.
Carli allegedly caused damage to property and harassed another person. He was held for CAP Court on March 28, 2025 at 9:00p.m.

Megan J. Courtney, 29, of Park Road, Batavia, NY, is charged with burglary 3rd degree and petit larceny, after allegedly stealing merchandise at Walmart, 4133 Veteran’s Memorial Drive, on March 26, 2025, after previously being trespassed from the store.
Courtney was transported to the Genesee County Jail and held, pending a CAP Court arraignment.
On March 28th, 2025, Courtney was arrested and charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree after allegedly violating a full stay away order of protection. She was held at the Genesee County jail where she was arraigned in CAP Court on March 28, 0225 at 9:00p.m.

Tyler J. Bull, 22, of W. Main Street Road, Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree, after allegedly violating an order of protection by calling a protected party on February 23, 2025. Bull was arrested at the Genesee County Jail where he is currently being held. He was transported to the Town of Batavia Court for arraignment March 25, 2025 at 1:00p.m.
