On 4/3/2025, Michael A. Shetler, 34, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt 2nd degree and Aggravated Family Offense. It’s alleged that Shetler violated an order of protection, on 3/5/2025. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail.
On 3/28/2025, Lisa M. Fox, 53, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree, and Tampering with Physical Evidence. Fox was allegedly found in possession of narcotics while being arrested on an unrelated matter. She was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/29/2025, Nathaniel R. Davis, 29, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Burglary 2nd degree and Criminal Contempt 2nd degree. Davis was allegedly found inside a residence in violation of an order of protection while being arrested on an outstanding warrant. Davis was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court at a later date.
On 3/28/2025, Kyler A. Boskat, 22, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Burglary 2nd degree, Conspiracy 4th degree and Criminal Facilitation 4th degree. Boskat was allegedly an accomplice in a burglary on Hutchins Street on 1/12/2025. He was processed and taken to the Genesee County Jail and arraigned in CAP Court.

On 4/2/2025, Robert V. Campbell, 42, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with DWI. Campbell was charged following an investigation into a suspicious vehicle on East Main Street. Campbell was issued several traffic tickets and released. He is due in court on 4/16/2025.

On 3/29/2025, Micheal S. Lytle, 36, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with DWI. Lytle was arrested following a traffic stop on East Avenue. He was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court at a later date.

On 3/30/2025, Benjamin A. Rachow, 42, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Assault 3rd degree, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd degree, and Harassment 2nd degree. Rachow was charged following an investigation into an altercation on Ellicott Street, where he allegedly punched another person and grabbed and second person by the neck. He was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court at a later date.

On 3/28/2025, David W. Rich, 74, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief 4th degree. Rich allegedly damaged a vehicle after a verbal altercation on West Main Street. Rich was issued an appearance ticket was scheduled to appear in court on 4/1/2025.

On 3/29/2025, Jessica L. Culver, 35, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Petit Larceny. Culver allegedly stole merchandise from Family Dollar. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 4/15/2025.

On 3/28/2025, Curtis McCall, 38, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Harassment 2nd degree. It’s alleged that McCall slammed another person’s hand in a door during an incident on State Street. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.

On 3/27/2025, Lucas S. Potrzebowski, 30, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Petit Larceny. Potrzebowski was charged after allegedly not giving a customer their property back at the UPS Store on Lewiston Road. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 4/8/2025.
