The Genesee County Local Drug Enforcement Task Force arrested William G. Schultz Sr., 45, of East Main St., Batavia, after a 6 month investigation into the possession , transportation and sale of crack cocaine in and around Genesee County.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Schultz is charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd, and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, both class B felonies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Schultz was arrested on a sealed indictment warrant while at the Batavia Police Department on an unrelated matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Schultz allegedly sold a quantity of crack cocaine to an agent of the Genesee County Local Drug Task Force on two separate occasions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was arraigned this morning in Genesee County Court and held without bail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Task Force members were assisted by the Batavia Police, Genesee County Sheriff’s Deputies and the Genesee County District Attorney’s Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gregory J. Savino, 36, of Oak Ln., Lockport, is charged with aggravated DWI and DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more, moving from a lane unsafely, failure to keep right and driving left of pavement markings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Savino allegedly crossed the center line into oncoming traffic on Rt. 77, traveling south, in Alabama on July 4, 2019. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Alabama Court on July 24, 2019 at 6:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Damien C. Clark, 18, of Lemoyne Ave., Syracuse, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd after allegedly slapping a Darien Lake employee in the head while at Darien Lake on July 6, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Clark was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Darien Town Court on July 23, 2019 at 4:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
