Tornabene, 26, of Ross St., Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a weapon 3rd and menacing 2nd after allegedly threatening a woman with an imitation pistol after police responded to a report of people fighting, possibly with weapons, at 3 Ross street on July 6, 2019 at 11:05p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On July 1, 2019, Tornabene was charged with assault 3rd following a domestic incident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was arraigned in City Court and jailed without bail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He re-appeared in court on July 8, 2018<\/p>\n\n\n\n

David M. Raines, 37, of Bank St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd after an incident at 209 Bank street in July 5, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
