Thomas J. Coleman, 55, of Alfred Drive, Rochester was arrested for aggravated DWI by the LeRoy Police Department on April 7, 2017 at 9:44 p.m. after he was allegedly observed passing a patrol car while traveling 47 mph in a 30 mph zone on West Main Street in the village.<\/p>\n
As the patrol car attempted to stop Coleman, he allegedly failed to yield to the patrol and struck a curb prior to pulling over.<\/p>\n
Coleman is charged with one count of aggravated DWI and having a BAC of .18% or more, one count of DWI and speed in zone.\u00a0 Coleman was issued traffic tickets and released.\u00a0 He will appear in LeRoy Town Court on May 8, 2017.<\/p>\n

Nicholas T. Bowden, 21, of LeRoy was arrested by the LeRoy Police Department on April 10, 2017 after an investigation into the theft of a credit card and money.<\/p>\n
It is alleged that on at least four occasions, Bowden unlawfully possessed a credit card belonging to a relative and then used the credit card to make unauthorized withdrawals in excess of $1,000 from a local ATM machine in the Village of LeRoy.<\/p>\n
Bowden is charged with four counts of criminal possession of stolen property 4th for possessing the credit card and one count of grand larceny 4th for stealing money, all class E felonies.<\/p>\n
Bowden was arraigned before the LeRoy Town Court and committed to the Genesee County Jail in lieu of bail.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
