State St., Albion, is charged with felony DWAI\/drugs, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, speeding in a 55 mile per hour zone and driver&#8217;s view obstructed after a traffic stop on Quaker Hill road in Elba on July 13, 2019 at 1:38p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eggleston was previously convicted of a DWI offense in the past 10 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was arraigned in Batavia Town Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eggleston is scheduled to appear in Elba Town Court on July 24, 2019 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coty R. Read, 28, of S. Hillcrest Dr., Albion, is charged with criminal trespass following an investigation of a suspicious condition complaint in the Town of Byron on Mill Pond road on July 14, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Read allegedly unlawfully entered and remained at a residence on Mill Pond road without the owner&#8217;s permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Read was released with an appearance ticket and will appear in Byron Town Court on August 5, 2019 at 4:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Matthew S.
