Cater, 21, of East Amherst, NY, for Aggravated DWI.<br><br>Troopers out of SP Warsaw observed a blue Rav4 failing to stay in it&#8217;s lane and initiated a traffic stop on State Route 77, town of Bennington.\u00a0 Troopers determined Cater was impaired by alcohol and administered Standard Field Sobriety Tests, which she subsequently failed.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cater was placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated by alcohol and processed at SP Warsaw.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A chemical breath test revealed her to have a 0.25% BAC.\u00a0 Cater was released and issued appearance tickets returnable to the town of Bennington Court on July 29, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PRESS RELEASE<br><br> On July 10, 2019, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Debra F.
