Lake Ave., Bergen, is charged with assault 2nd, causing injury with a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument, after he was involved in a bar fight on North Lake avenue in Bergen where he allegedly struck another male in the head with a beer bottle causing that person to be injured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Restivo was arraigned in Bergen Town Court and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He will return to court on August 21, 2019 at 3:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
An order of protection was issued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alexandra R. Lasky, 29, of Seven Springs Rd., Stafford, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and unlawful growing of cannabis by an unlicensed person after deputies responded to a reported domestic incident on Seven Springs road on June 26, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After an investigation of the complaint, Laskey was charged along with Alexander Scheg, both were issued appearance tickets for unlawful growing of cannabis. Laskey was allegedly found with a controlled substance on scene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
