The bowls are grain based, served with rice, quinoa or sweet potatoes. She says she has been using the YWCA kitchen to prep her weekly meals for people for a few years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jill provides healthy, well balanced meals to those looking to live a healthy lifestyle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders can be placed through her Facebook page<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-facebook wp-block-embed\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\nhttps:\/\/www.facebook.com\/committowell\/\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">John, who has 20 years of restaurant experience, says he is more tied into healthy eating and the product being served at Eat Well.
