Dwayne A. Pearsall, 26, homeless, was arrested today, April 18, 2017, on 1 count of attempted rape 2nd<\/sup>, 2 counts of criminal sexual act 2nd<\/sup>, 1 count of sexual abuse 2nd<\/sup> and 1 count of\u00a0 sex abuse 1st<\/sup>. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Pearsall allegedly sexually abused two children, one who was under the age of 15 in 2012 and the other was under age 11 in 2016. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Pearsall was arraigned in Genesee County Court before Judge Zambito and remanded to the Genesee County Jail with no bail. <\/strong><\/p>\n

He is scheduled to re-appear in Genesee County Court on May 12, 2017.<\/strong><\/p>\n
