On July 22, 2019, Troopers out of State Police\/Warsaw arrested David M. Snyder, 33, of Warsaw, NY, charging him with criminal obstruction of breathing, menacing 2nd, unlawful imprisonment 2nd and assault 3rd.
Troopers were dispatched to a domestic complaint on Route 19, town of Warsaw.\u00a0 It is alleged that Snyder choked and menaced a female victim with a knife.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Snyder was arrested and processed at SP Warsaw.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n
He was arraigned in the town of Warsaw Court by Judge Fusani.\u00a0 Snyder was remanded to the Wyoming County Jail on $10,000 cash\/ $20,000 bond.\u00a0 An order of protection was issued to the victim.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Snyder is to return to the town of Warsaw court on a later date.
