Two 18 year old teens, one of Attica and the other from Alexander, are each charged with burglary 3rd and criminal mischief 3rd after an investigation into vandalism at a vacant residence on Broadway road in Alexander on July 10, 2016.<\/p>\n
The two teens reportedly entered the residence during the early morning hours and caused damage inside using paint and varnish.<\/p>\n
Both teens were arraigned in the Town of Alexander Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice. Both are scheduled to return to court on May 9, 2017.<\/p>\n
Names are being withheld due to the possibility of youthful offender status at the time of the incident.<\/p>\n

Shauna E. Driscoll, 28, of Wadsworth Ave., Avon, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an arrest for DWI on East Main street in LeRoy on April 14, 2017.<\/p>\n
Driscoll allegedly possessed a quantity of marijuana in her vehicle.<\/p>\n
She will appear in the Town of LeRoy Court on May 15, 2017.<\/p>\n
