Michaela L. Bruce, 19, and Kaleb J. Bobzien, 21, both of Dellinger Ave., Batavia, are each facing charges after a domestic incident at their residence on August 6, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bruce is charged with menacing 2nd and harassment 2nd and was arraigned in City Court. She was remanded to the jail in lieu of $500 cash bail and $2,500 bond bail. She will re-appear in court on August 8, 2019 at 11:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bobzien is charged with criminal contempt 1st\/prior conviction within 5 years, and aggravated family offense. He was arraigned in City Court and remanded to the jail until his re-appearance today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ryan M. Bartholomew, 25, of Adams St., Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument following a probation house check on July 30, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Damien ME Schoonmaker, 21, of Barlow Dr., Rochester, turned himself in at Batavia Police Headquarters on August 5, 2019 on a bench warrant issued by City Court for failure to appear on previous traffic citations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Schoonmaker was released on recognizance and will appear in City Court on August 28, 2019 at 12:30p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
