Linda M. Clemens, 68, of S. Main St., Batavia, is charged with DWI and aggravated driving while intoxicated after a motor vehicle accident in the Batavia Downs parking lot on Park road on August 7, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Clemens allegedly struck a parked vehicle in the parking lot and was located by deputies in her vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She was released on appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on August 26, 2019 at 1:00p.m..<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Darius L. Jones, 27, of Exchange St, NY, no town provided, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana, speeding(exceeding 55mph) and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after a traffic stop in the Town of Byron on Clinton street road on August 7, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the traffic stop, alleged criminal indicators were observed leading to a search of Jones’ person and vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The search of Jones’ person and vehicle allegedly yielded marijuana, controlled substances and other drug paraphernalia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Jones was issued appearance tickets and will appear in Byron Town Court on September 9, 2019 at 4:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
