Stillinger, 29, is charged with criminal possession of stolen property 5th and petit larceny in an incident on South Main street on July 22, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A 19 year old male is charged with failure to dim lights and unlawful possession of marijuana on South Main street on July 5, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Darren P. Ayrhart, 50, is charged with stalking 4th, attempted assault of a police officer\/firefighter, burglary 2nd, resisting arrest, disobeying a mandate and obstruction of governmental administration 2nd in an incident on July 13, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On July 5, 2019, Ayrhart was charged with harassment 2nd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A 19 year old male was picked up on a bench warrant on West avenue on July 18, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Todd J. Wainwright, 46, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, operating without insurance, speeding in a zone and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration after an incident on South Main street on July 2, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Renee A. Miens, 27, is charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended registration and without insurance on South Main street on July 16, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Charles A. Santiago, 31,is charged with criminal mischief in an incident on July 26, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jalna L. McCall is charged with criminal mischief, burglary 2nd, menacing 2nd and criminal possession of weapon with intent to use after an incident on July 18, 2019 on W. State street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kevin L. Madden, 34, is charged with harassment 2nd in an incident on East State street on July 8, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Collen T. Clark, 55, is charged with a violation of a local law on July 18, 2019 on Ingersoll street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clayton W. Killenbeck, 30, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, operation of a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver and a muffler exhaust system violation on July 27, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Terrance T. Rowe, 22, is charged with two counts of criminal contempt 1st and harassment 2nd on Platt street on July 24, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jeremiah L. Thomas, 33, is charged with following too closely, operating a vehicle without insurance, aggravated unlicensed operation and operating an unregistered vehicle on West Academy street on July 11, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Michael L. Walker, 35, is charged with criminal possession of marijuana 5th and registered plate display violation on South Main street on July 6, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leeanne Krull, 50, is charged with criminal trespass 2nd after an incident. She was arrested on Washington street on July 17, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stephen K. Ihnatiuk, 48, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on East avenue on July 19, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adrianna M. Shepherd, 21, is charged with suspended registration on West avenue on July 28, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Keith  M. Brown, 47, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, operating without insurance, operating with improper plates and operating an unregistered motor vehicle on the highway. Brown was arrested on West Park street on July 12, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brianna R. Button, 23, was arrested on a bench warrant on West State street on  July 9, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Richard A. Vanepps, 44, is charged with open container. He was arrested on West avenue on July 3, 2019. He was also charged with trespass on July 4, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Christopher J. Chinn, 42, is charged with DWI-1st offense, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, refusal to take a breath test and aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more. He was arrested on Ingersoll street on July 19, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">David R. Pollock, 48,  was charged with speeding in a zone and aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd on July 26, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Joel D. Prouty, 33, is charged with criminal mischief 4th, reckless endangerment 2nd, menacing 2nd, criminal possession of weapon 3rd, criminal contempt 1st, acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17, harassment 2nd and criminal contempt 1st after an incident on Moore Street on July 1, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">John E.
