Carpenter, 35, of Empire Blvd., Irondequoit, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, criminally using drug paraphernalia 2nd, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, unlawful possession of marijuana and driver&#8217;s view obstructed after a traffic stop for a traffic violation on Clinton street road in Stafford on August 9, 2019 at 2:15p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Carpenter was operating his motor vehicle with a non driver identification and had a suspended driver&#8217;s license.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Carpenter was also found to allegedly be in possession of drug paraphernalia containing a narcotic drug. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Stafford Court on August 23, 2019 at 6:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kevin M. Henry, 41, of Granada Cir., Rochester, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and speeding\/exceeding 55mph after a traffic stop on Pearl Street road in Batavia on August 11, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Henry was allegedly operating in motor vehicle at 70mph in a 55mph zone while intoxicated by alcohol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on August 29, 2019 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tyson J.
