Alan R. Price, 24, of Chili Ave., Chili, NY, is charged with strangulation 2nd, a class D felony, criminal contempt 1st and endangering the welfare of a child after a domestic dispute where he allegedly strangled the driver of a vehicle while it was being operated on Rt. 490 in Bergen on April 11, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the domestic incident, there was a one year old child in the back seat of the vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There was also an active order of protection at the time of the incident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Price was arraigned in the Town of Bergen Court on August 14, 2019 and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
